With the development of intelligent building technology, central air-conditioning system has become the important part of intelligent building system, which has the features of larger use and more complex structure. The problem of energy consumption was taken seriously by every country, become a global issue. Air conditioning control system’s performance depends on the control strategy of control system, variable air volume air conditioning has been applied in more and more projects. In order to make the central air-conditioning system keep in the best working condition, to achieve the purpose of saving energy, the central air-conditioning system control idea and strategy has been researched in this paper, puts forward intelligent decoupling control method of combine neural network and fuzzy control. The control scheme is reasonable, reach the satisfaction of energy saving and comfort control effect.This paper analyzes the present situation of variable air volume air conditioning system at home and abroad, the end device of variable air volume air conditioning system’s working principle and control forms, etc. Background of office building project design variable air volume air conditioning system overall scheme, discuss the concept and working principle of the variable air volume air conditioning system and match with chart for variable air volume air conditioning several end control mode and characteristics were discussed, air conditioning system uses the total air volume control method, the control performance is fast and stable.Air-conditioning system has the characteristics of multivariable, strong decoupling. For that the paper proposed air-conditioning decoupling control strategy. Expecting to temperature, humidity are as two input control and two output control system. Designed the neural network decoupling controller, make sure the air-conditioning control system in the comfort and energy efficiency can make further improvements.According to the variable air volume air conditioning system delay, nonlinear characteristics and traditional decoupling control and actual application of neural network control deficiency, put forward the RBF neural network decoupling control strategy, using BP neural network training algorithm and genetic algorithm two decoupling training method to optimize the network parameters. The control method made variable air volume air conditioning system has improved greatly and shorten the transition time, reduced the overshoot, have a stronger ability to solve control. It improved the steady state and dynamic performance, improved the air conditioning system control effect.Through the establishment of the variable air volume air conditioning system mathematical model, do simulation contrast experiment for not decoupling state, the BP neural network training algorithm and genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters. Draw more optimal temperature and humidity decoupling control through simulation contrast,prove decoupling control method is successful.The paper designed neural network decoupling controller and optimization algorithm, made variable air volume air conditioning system meet requirement rapidly and accurately. It has manifested the variable air volume air conditioning control system comfort and energy-saving features, for the application in practical projects provide a basis.
