In recent years, the domestic real estate market unusually hot, elevator use is increasing rapidly.For the elevator operation monitoring and management needs, the paper design and simulation based on a set of elevator monitoring system configuration.In this paper, based on the four layer elevator operation control, design and Simulation of elevator monitoring system, including the control system with PLC controller as the core, with the MCGS configuration software to build production monitoring picture, construction elevator group control network based on CC-LINK bus, the inverter as actuators through the control algorithm of elevator control.Through research, and can realize the real-time monitoring of the four elevator configuration model, and through the CC-LINK bus communication network group control system, control two elevator model, using the PID control algorithm to achieve the inverter control motor rotation, optimization and Simulation of elevator running curve.
