Abstract


On the basis of the abundant existing literature, this paper probes into the quality of the new campus construction project of Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Information Application by combining the understanding of the relevant theories of project management Meanwhile, it also elaborates on the current status of the research on quality management theories in both home and abroad, reviews the formation of this theory, introduces the research content and method and systematically expounds on the quality management theory.In accordance with the real situation of the construction project,it also analyzesthe existing issues of the quality risks existing in the new campus construction project and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the quality control.
