Design and construction work in the past by an expert to be responsible for, but alongwith the development of the productive forces, increasingly high degree of technicalcomplexity, design and construction has been completely separated, the designer responsiblefor the drawing of the design drawings, technical documents and to provide on-siteconstruction guidance, the main task of construction personnel will be responsible for thedesigner’s intention into reality. Design and construction of the separation, resulting in lessand less attention on the constructability of design, ranging from a design change, delay theconstruction period, construction inconvenience it caused heavy damage throughout thedesign pushed to start over. Therefore, to enhance the overall level of project management ofconstruction enterprises and the effective competition is currently the country, society andenterprises are paying close attention to the problem.Constructability how to effectively apply constructability of construction projectslaunched as an entry point to China’s construction project management.1)Summarizing the research achievements about the research of constructability both athome and abroad, and then, combining with the state of nation, put forward the definitionwith the characteristic of our country construction and the content of constructability research,classification and research process.2) Aiming at the present situation of risk management, learning the theory of modernmanagement theory, the constructability research team is put forward, which play animportant role in the every stage of construction project lifecycle.3) From the laws, regulations, construction mode, the concept of parties involved in theconstruction and design of mechanisms and construction systems perspective on constructionprojects exist constructability issues were identified and qualitative analysis, and ApplicationProjects empirical analysis.4)Bringing forward practical suggestions to applying improved the research ofconstructability, mainly reflected in the policy guidance, legal protection for constructionprojects, set up the guidance document of constructability, changing understanding ofconstructability research according to the all parts of the construction, set up the constructability of the management concept; promoting the integration of design andconstruction based on the mode of the project construction as a breakthrough actively,proposed new construction mode-Transform contract mode, implementation of the virtualsimulation technology actively, optimized design and construction, strengthen theconstruction of the project.5) Putting the supervision system into the design, promoting design supervision systemactively; unified standards, the establishment of a unified construction of database, sustainedand stable development of constructability study, set up construction design schemeevaluation system, evaluation index and the design rate, promote reform of the system design,interests as the core, drive the construction research.The research of constructability on the construction project, provides a guideline andreference on how to reasonably communication with the entire person who take apart inconstruction project, provides support and advice on how to promotion and application inChina.
