Abstract


As a kind of clean and high-quality energy, the proportion of natural gas in our country’s energy will be even larger. Changchun City is one of the earliest cities to supply gas, so the gasification rate is higher. However, the use scale of natural gas remains small due to the limitation of the source of natural gas. In the use of natural gas, industry users is the largest part, and the users of manufactured gas are mainly the residents and business users in downtown. The increased mining scale of natural gas in Jilin provids a strong guarantee for the conversion from manufactured gas to natural gas in Changchun City. Especially the two long-distance natural gas pipelines built at the end of2010, one of which is from Bawu to Changchun, and the other is from Changling to Changchun.The major differences between manufactured gas and natural gas are gas source pressure, component, combustion characteristic and etc, so there is no interchangeability between them. There will be big changes in transmission and distribution system and gas facilities after the conversion from manufactured gas to natural gas.Lots of problems are accumulated due to the fact that the transmission and distribution system of manufactured gas in Changchun City was built in the early time. Therefore, the question that must be solved for gas enterprises is how to use and Transform the original pipe network and facilities in order to adapt to natural gas.In this thesis, the conversion process of natural gas and technical methods in cities both at home and abroad are analyzed and compared, and the scheme for the conversion from manufactured gas to natural gas in Changchun City is put forward according to the specific circumstances of Changchun. The components of the current transmission and distribution system of gas in Changchun are also analyzed in this thesis, and user type as well as usage amount is predicted and illustrated, coming up with schemes for the connection between the old and new Pipe network. The problems in the original pipe network of manufactured gas are analyzed and some methods for the transformation and optimization of pipe network are put forward. The hydraulic conditions of pipe network after transformation is calculated by the calculation software,and Concluded that the usage amount can be satisfied by gas supply ability. The schemes of use and transformation are put forward through the analysis of the current situations of the storage facilities and pressure-regulating equipments and Gas cooker.
