Abstract


As the international financial crisis has passed by, the external environment of China’s growing market changing better, so that the social economy has maintained rapid development. However, there are many unhealthy factors in the developing model of the China’s economic, so the economic development is facing more and more factors. Accordingly, the enterprise group, which constitute the main body of our national economy, are facing increasing challenges. The Increasing fierce competition in the market forces the enterprise groups forced to face up to their own systems’shortage or operational deficiencies and to promote enterprise groups to take the necessary measures to enhance their management. The enterprise group is now to an important way to improve the financial control system of the enterprise and enhance the level of the internal management of the company.Enterprise Group is a business complex composed of many relatively independent operating entities, which are operated within the framework of the modern enterprise system with a common strategic and operational objective, linking mainly by the capital. Because there are often multiple levels of affiliation in the enterprise group, and subsidiaries and business units operate within enterprise group with independent of each other. Group members are likely to search for each sub-optimal goal at the expense of the local group as a whole, which makes the adverse selection and moral hazard happen, leading to a bad effect on the tremendous development of enterprise groups. Therefore, an effective and comprehensive response to the financial control system is an important means for such problems.Based on the development of enterprise groups and the characteristics analyzed and summarized, the thesis told the necessity of the establishment of a financial controls system in the business group. And through the review, which summarizes the domestic and foreign research in the enterprise groups the thesis summarized the general pattern of financial controls and instruments for the enterprise groups. This thesis also analyze the current situation of financial control of the enterprise group, Shen North Holdings Group Company, Pointing out the shortage of that the control system of the enterprise groups through the introduction of defects and game theory analysis. And ultimately for the characteristics of the enterprise groups, business groups by using the existing theory of financial control for the enterprise group financial control system and its further development and improvement raising the level of the overall management of the Group with a personal view.
