Abstract


The study of Small-and-Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) is an important one in the economy field The experiences of development of the world economy and the reform of China have displayed that, although the big enterprises play the basic role in national economy, the SME have wide room to develop because they can improve the employment, activate the market economy, increase the income, stabilize the society and so on. However, for a long time, the sources from which the SME can get the capital for development can not match with the important role they played in the national economy,the SME often find it difficult in financing which in turn limit the further development. We must analyze the dept reason of the difficult in SME financing to solve the problem. The theoretic research to SME financing difficult looked for reason in the external environment which the SME faces. They thought that it mainly because of the existing financing system is imperfect, and can’t adapt to SME capital demanding.Actually, this is only one aspect of the problem. We can’t deny the restraint of external environment to SME financing, and more to be the SME own system flaw, as well as much non-standard or violating the market economy request behavior. That is the most important reason which makes SME financing difficult at present. Therefore, whether to resolve this problem influence the national economy.The SME of Gaomi city faces financing difficulty. The inside financing is lacking. Direct financing is difficult to achieve. So the SME only seeks to financial institute. But the obstacles of enterprises, financial system and economic policy make the SME difficult to get the loan from the banks. The financing difficulty of the SME charges upon the limitation of enterprises, orientation of financial institute, the shortage of loan privileges in Gaomi, the shortage of supporting policy to the SME and the poor credit environment. So, we need the effort of the government, enterprises, financial institute and the society in order to solve the financing difficulty of the SME.The paper develops the research in discriminated materialism, on the base of fundamental of economics and financing. It begins from the fundamental and researches the actuality, analyzes the problem and causation with the object of the existing financing channel and system; study the choices and uses of financing methods. So, it has some theoretical value and is realistically important.Moreover, due to the limited possession of theory and documents, this thesis still has defects, which will inspire the author to explore more on the study in future.
