Abstract


With the development of the science and technology, energy crisis andenvironmental pollution problems in which automobile industry is outstanding getworse and worse and society productivity is restricted seriously. The application ofelectrical vehicle has been a solving approach for the problems, however, in theresearch on electrical vehicle, it will influence the detecting accuracy, lower theefficiency even increase the cost that if the real battery is used in the research. Inorder to solve the problem, power battery simulator came into being which cansimulate the characteristic of power battery based-on track control technology.Firstly, the characteristic and work principle of lithium battery was discussedand several classics battery model was also introduced, then the Olivier-Louis modelwas put forward in the paper to establish the system model.Then, a control strategy for confirming the load point, which can be divided intothree parts such as ensuring characteristic curves of battery, approach for confirmingload point and estimation method for SOC was designed.Besides, compare the difference between topologies of battery simulator andchoose one. Two load topologies was designed in the paper. And state-spaceaveraging method was brought in to establish the system model and according to thefrequency domain method, the parameters of PI controller were designed.Lastly, based-on the research achievement above, a simulation was done and theavailability of the algorithm was proved. Based on the prototype and CCS3.3, severalexperiments were finished. The results show the design of power battery simulator isfeasible and effective.
