Abstract


Moment, as China's rapid economic and social development, increasing environmental disputes, environmental issues and sustainable development of our country caused great resistance, the contradiction between man and nature has become even more acute. The harmony between man and nature and deeper depending on the harmony between people. Therefore, to effectively address environmental disputes, for our harmonious society is important. The use of the usual ways to solve environmental disputes judicial proceedings there are two aspects of the problem, one needs to invest a considerable party litigation costs, on the other hand, the litigation process often due to the complexity of environmental disputes and other characteristics, long span of time, not only can not the parties the benefit of timely and effective protection of the environment is not conducive to the protection of public interest. Moreover, litigation and Chinese traditional legal culture there is a conflict, therefore, actively take action outside of the way through a variety of channels to resolve environmental disputes, protection of the environment is conducive to the maintenance of interests and parties, and promote the harmonious development of man and nature . Currently, our environmental non-litigation disputes (ADR) to solve less attention, the lack of a full range of specialized systems analysis, domestic non-litigation practice environmental disputes (ADR) solutions due to lack of relevant legal system support and theoretical support , and can not get in-depth development and application. This paper aims to non-litigation dispute resolution in the field of environmental issues related to the application of analysis and research, we want to build and improve our environment, non-litigious dispute resolution system would be beneficial to promote our goal of building a socialist harmonious society to achieve . This article mainly consists of three parts, the following in respect of each part of the content to make a brief introduction. The first part, \The second part, \China's environmental non-litigious dispute resolution system application and development of the situation, pointing out our problems and deficiencies in the existing system, and its related legal analysis. The third part, \non-litigious dispute resolution system improvement and development. Conclusion In conclusion, the author affirmed the non-litigious solutions to resolve environmental disputes at the edge, looking forward to the author of the initiate, to allow more environmental law experts and scholars in academic environment for our non-litigious dispute resolution system development, improve the conduct more in-depth discussion of environmental dispute resolution and human goals in harmony with nature and provide an institutional guarantee.
