Abstract


The corn utilization of heterosis promote substantial increase corn production With the development of science and technology. Heterosis genetic essence is more than one gene, the combined effects of various genetic effects, including allelic and non-allelic genetic main effects eleven additive, dominant and epistatic, and its interaction with the environment compositeresult.Combining Ability is the major factor in determining the strength of heterosis,is the core of Inbred Lines and Hybrids group. In general, the evaluation of the level of an inbred line in addition to look at the yield, stress tolerance and quality performance, the more important is its tie force. Therefore, a clear inbred lines of each trait with the force, are of great significance to guide the breeding of hybrids and inbred lines improvement and utilization.In this study, the determination and correlation analysis is about yield traits, agronomic traits, and about the force of13excellent traits of inbred lines. The results show that in a survey of14traits, variance between sites except ear height traits, the difference between the remaining13traits Location achieve significant or very significant level, The results show that testcross combination of growth and development affected by environment. All traits show significant differences between the42hybrid combination treatment, that show the real genetic differences between combination. In the survey of14traits, general combining ability of the same agronomic traits in different inbred lines vary widely; same general combining ability differences between inbred lines of different production traits. The same agronomic traits between specific combining ability between different hybrid combinations very different, the same hybrid combination of different yield traits also great differences in specific combining ability.Genetic correlation and path analysis of agronomic traits show that, plant height, bald long,ear,silking should be carried out in early generation selection,but rows perear, shedding period, ear length, ear diameter should be carried out in late generation choice.This study explores the main factors affecting corn yield and its genetic law, to provide a reference for maize inbred line matching and breeding practices.
