The six generations (P1、Fl、P2、B1、 B2and F2) from corn RP125×1212cross were used in this study, the mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance model was used to analyze the genetics of ear height trait,stalk diameter trait and ear diameter trait.results as follow:the ear height trait fitted the inheritance model of additive dominance epistasis polygene(C-OModel).Selectance in F2population was the highest; the stalk diameter trait fitted the inheritance model of complete dominant major genes plus additive-dominant polygene (D-3); the ear diameter trait fitted the inheritance model of two paris of additive dominance epistatic additive major gene plus dominant genetic polygenic mixed model (E-Model), Selectance in F2population was the highest.The three traits were influenced by the environment.
