Abstract


With the accelerated process of urbanization and aging society, a lot of urban diseaseeshave appeared. The incidence of hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases havebecome younger and younger gradually. Whether developed or developing countries, the costof health care is becoming a burden. World Health Organization shows that today’s humanmedical model has gradually transformed clinical medicine into preventive medicine andrehabilitation medicine, and self-care has become a consensus. The forest bath can enhance theimmunity of human, prevent diseasees and so on, which is a good self-care. With the increasein awareness, forest bathing design has been more and more important.The forest bathing, one of the forms of forest tourism,integration of knowledge of forestecology, health, tourism and other related disciplines, emphasises on forest health. At present,there are many problems in domestic forest bathing, such as planning and lack of featureless,the lack of complete theoretical system and methodological guidance, urgently need toestablish a set of forest bathing planning and design theoretical system.By collection andresearching the domestic and international data, on the basis of previous researchresults,systematically summarize the forest bathing theoretical system, including the forest bathingevaluation system, the forest bathing planning system and the forest bathing auxiliary system.Apply theory to practice. so there is a case of forest bathing design of Fuzhou Qishan NationalForest Park. Use site visiting and questionnaires of Qishan National Forest Park, designFuzhou Qishan National Forest Park Forest bathing.Through practice to guide theory further,improve planning theory operability.The forest bathing theoretical system includes four parts: the definition of forest bathing,the similarities and differences between forest bathing and general forest scenic, the theoreticalbases for forest bathing planning, and the classification of forest bathing.The forest bathing evaluation systemincludes the forest bathing site evaluation and theforest bathing indicators of sustainable development. The purpose is for the forest bathing feasibility evaluation of the pre-planning and evaluation of the depth of sustainabledevelopment of post-development.The forest bathing planning system summarizes three types of forest bathing generalplanning modes，including the mountain independent mode, subsidiary of Forest Park modeand the city center mode. On the basis, sum up the principles of forest bathing overall planningand planning steps. Planning principles are diversity, participation, relevance, and cultural.Planning steps include pre-planning, medium-term planning and post-planning. Pre-planningincludes forest resources survey, vegetation space formation and survey of the tourists needs;Medium-term planning includes the macro forest bathing partition, delineation of thecharacteristics of forest bathing area and forest bathing design;Post-planning includeslong-term development management mechanism and sustainable development.The forest bathing auxiliary system includes the interpretation system, the propagandasystem, professional guidance systems, effective detection system, medical security system andmeals, system of lodging with ecological health care.
