Abstract


Science popularization plays an important role to technology development and social progress. However, its implementation is very difficult due to a number of constraints. Therefore, it is necessary to study the obstacles of science popularization.In this paper, the use of system theory analysis, the concept of science was defined, and then analyzes the meaning of popular science, characteristics and functions, on the basis of our country to the status and existence of popular science questions. Comparative analysis abroad through the measures taken on the science, the worth of the science of our country can learn from. Popular Science for its existence after our country and the causes of problem analysis and countermeasure analysis laid the theoretical cornerstone.Article in the analysis of different countries, different periods of the basic science on the history of patients with history of combination of methods, points out the popular incentive mechanism be imperfect, inadequate funding, targeted not strong, not enough innovative mechanisms and operational factors such as constraints, analysis of the scientific quality of the contingent is not high, the operation of popular science venues fatigue, the effects of bad popular science audience, popular science content, methods and means of the old and popular science work is not high quality and efficiency of their own existence in five aspects of the problem.At the basis of the above analysis, the authors attempt to promote popular science from effectively propose solutions to problems 5:00 countermeasures. Authors consider: Strengthening the science building; create diversified investment and financing channels; breakdown of popular science audience; strengthen scientific innovation work; improve the operational mechanism of popular science work.
