Abstract


In the three rural issues more and more attention by people today, the establishment of a new rural communities has become a topic of concern of everyone. In order to promote common development between urban and rural areas of China, our part of the city has begun the development of construction work in the new rural construction of the new rural development, the village society is a prominent urban and rural background performance. Since2011, our country issued "national basic public health services specification (2011Edition)", the government, society and people began to pay more and more attention to how to make the country issued a public health service project and the actual situation of new rural community combination, how to promote a series of problems, public health services, all in the community to effectively carry out at the same time, will be the development of new rural community public health service as one of the bases of our health work.In this paper, in urban and rural areas under the background of new rural communities, in Chengdu City Wenjiang district as the research object of the thesis, and reviews the existing domestic and international research community public health service survey and related service theory, selection of new rural community in Wenjiang district (part of the village to the community) as an object of investigation; by using the method of questionnaire, observation and interview method of combining, on all aspects of practical measures, the survey sample in promoting the construction and development of public health service and the effect of community public health service, make descriptive analysis conditions such as institutions, financing channel, the allocation of resources, providing residents for public health service demand and the relevant departments such as the supply current, points out its shortcomings, summarize the problems which exist in Wenjiang area new rural community public health service, the causes and the problem of induction.According to the present new rural community of Wenjiang area are some of the problems, put forward countermeasures and suggestions:(1) increase the new rural community public health service’s propaganda and education, backward ideas of community residents in Wenjiang district;(2) the government should strengthen the construction of the new rural community financial support and policy support, promote the effective development of community public health service;(3) the community neighborhood committees should be specific services the community public health, at the same time to keep track of the community residents demand on public health services;(4) the transformation of community public health service supply mode, the implementation of multi-channel supply;(5) to encourage and support community residents to improve their income level, to increase the demand of community public health service;(6) the neighborhood of funds and community construction and community resources should be reasonably balanced allocation should not be ignored, the construction of community public health service;(7) vigorously the introduction of high-quality public health service professionals, and regularly organize training;(8) to learn the advanced experience of the community, to establish and improve the community public health service information management system.
