Abstract


AIM:Through the application of self-made cognitive questionnaire to the Clinical Behavior of doctors and patients, and the questionnaire items were screened and dimension was extracted. The reliability and validity was tested separately. Through the comparison of the cognition of the Clinical Behavior of doctors and patients, the difference was described and the reasons were discussed briefly.Method:the first method is to use stratified random sampling.18ward of25inpatient ward were extracted from a level three of first-class hospital1, extracting332samples of patient randomly. The second method is to Take the cluster sampling19ward of25inpatient ward were extracted, extracting the217samples of clinician. Through the application of self-made cognitive questionnaire to the Clinical Behavior of doctors and patients, differences between different demographic characteristics and the cognitive results were discussed. What is more, cognitive results about the clinical behavior of doctors and patients were compared.Results:there are304valid questionnaires in the Planed332patient samples. The effective rate of questionnaires is91.5%. there are204valid questionnaires in the Planed217doctor samples. the effective rate of questionnaires is94%., we formed the version of questionnaire for testing, both the testing reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire are good. Using Rank and inspection to compare different demographic characteristics and cognitive results, it Showed that the cognitive results were not related to age, gender, educational background of doctors,while the cognitive results were related to the age and income of patients. It also showed that the cognitive results were not related to different gender, address, marital status, educational level, occupation and payment method. Using rank and inspection to compare Each entry in the questionnaires, it showed that there was a distinguish in the cognitive results of patients and doctors.Conclusion:Self-made cognitive questionnaire to the Clinical Behavior of doctors and patients has good Internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability, and has good Convergent validity and differentiate validity, and can be used to assess. There are differences between the Clinical Behavior of doctors and patients.
