In this article,We maked an essential exploring on the correlation between lung andliver in Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) from the angel of pathologyhemorheology,hypoxia,oxidation/antioxidation and gene,by setting up the COPD model,theacute exacerbation of COPD model.We also investigated the prevalence of acute attach withCOPD patients with anxiety and depression,proportion of hepatic function damage.In our experiment,32male cleaning Wistar rats were divided into three groups randomly:theblank group,the COPD group,and the acute exacerbation of COPD group,8rats in each group.Thenestablish the model of COPD by the improved passive smoking with LPS dropped into rat,trachea.Modeling of COPD lasted28days,on the29thday we dropped LPS into the trachea again to establishthe acute exacerbation model of COPD.Observe the general physical condition during themodeling.After the second drops for6hours, we collected the samples and analyzed arterial bloodgas,examined the liver function,detected the activity of SOD and the content of MDA by the colorimetry,detected the expression of the γ-GCSmRNA with the method of the RT-PCR, observed the lung andliver tissue’s pathological changes under the light and electron microscopy.We also selected60patientswith exacerbations of COPD,and let them make a routine liver function test and HAD test.Experimentaldatas were analyzed with SPSS16.0.The results of animal experimentation manifested that at the state of COPD,hepatic lesion hadcorrelation with the degree of pulmonary injury.That is, the more serious the degree of damage to thelung is,the more obvious hepatic lesion there is.This experiment based on “lung disease leading to liverdisease”. It confirmed the neraly relationships between COPD and liver system from several aspects andfurther revealed the essence of the theory of “there are correlation between lung and liver”.It alsooffered some evidence,methods and therapy for exploiting the modern study and application of thetheory“COPD has correlation with multiple system.Clinical study showed that patients withexacerbations of COPD had anxiety and depression mood,partial patients had hepatic dysfunction.Theseall suggested that clinician should pay more attention to unhealthy emotion about patients and prevention of liver damage.
