Control group:to give limit the intake of sodium and water injection reduced glutathione sodium intravenous supplement albumin, diuretics,correction of electrolyte disorders symptomatic and supportiv treatment; treatment groups:on the basis of treatment in the control group, plus in Zhmanfenxiao pill Chinese medicine decoction orally. Both groups two weeks for a course of treatment, two treatment courses. Comparing the two groups, the treatment group markedly effective rate and total effective rate higher than that of the control group. The clinical use of Chinese medicine in the promotion of ascites and significantly improve the efficacy of clinical symptoms and liver function improvement than the control group.Thereby prove better than that of western medicine the use of Chinese medicine treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.Conclusion:Zhongmanfenxiao pill (decoctions) treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis the (heat Accumulation card) the advantage is obvious,efficacy,safety, deserve further study.
