Purpose：To observe the therapeutic effect of strengthening the spleen andDampness-resolving and analysis method in improving the symptoms of advancedcancer patients with jaundice.Material and method：37cases of advanced stage of tumor in patients withjaundice patients in Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicineaffiliated hospital oncology department, strengthening the spleen andDampness-resolving therapy with traditional Chinese medicine, to compare thesymptoms before and after treatment, all the measurement data were analyzed usingthe statistical software spss13.0.Results：1.For37cases of the patients, including22cases after treatment than beforetreatment the blood levels of total bilirubin, accounting for59.5%of the total.2.In the accompanying symptoms, epigastric pain, poor food, stay, languid, sleepless, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, fever, and bitter defecate pond drainage,stool stem node, anti acid, waist pain symptoms such as P values <0.05, thetotal effective rate were54.1%,63.3%,60.0%,60.9%,60.0%,66.7%,66.7%,76.9%,67.2%,75.0%,60.0%,75.0%, symptoms improved after treatment, with statisticalsignificance.。3.Thin, small Sou make symptoms P values>0.05, the total effective rate were47.8%,40.0%, no obvious difference compared with before treatment, aftertreatment is not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Spleen lishi reteat yellow method in reducing tumor merger jaundice patientsserum bilirubin levdl has certain curative effect.2.Simultaneously for common symptoms such as:epigastric pain,poor food,stay,Languid,sleeo less,dry mouth,nausea,vomiting,fever,defecate pond and bitter blow,stool stem node,anti acid,lumbago,etc have different degrees of improvement,significantly better than the before treatment,after treatment with thin,Small Sou make symptoms before and after treatment,no obvious difference.3. strengthening the spleen and Dampness-resolving therapy in improving theclinical symptoms of patients with advanced cancer complicated with jaundiceand improve the effect of quality of life significantly.
