Abstract


Objective:The study of xiong bi tong capsule on myocardial ischemia reperfusionmyocardial CaM,and to explore its possible mechanism of myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury to provide a theoretical basis for clinical medical.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group,model group and xiongbitong capsule group (n=10). Constructed by ligation of the leftanterior descending coronary artery myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model (1) theuse of the ELISE assay experimental rat cardiac CaM content changes;.(2) use of theautomatic analyzer experimental serum creatine kinase CK, creatine kinase isoenzymeCK-MB content changes;(3) Utilize spectrophotometer experimental rat myocardiummalondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity changes;(4) bymeans of optical microscopy and electron microscopy of myocardial ischemia-reperfusioninjury in rat myocardial cell morphology and ultrastructure change.Results:(1) xiongbitong capsule enables CaM significantly discreased, with the I/Rgroup control, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);(2) xiongbitongcapsule can effectively inhibit myocardial cell damage caused by reperfusion reduce CKand CK-MB leakage control and I/R group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P <0.05);(3) the xiongbitong capsule can significantly inhibit the production ofMDA, and SOD activity can be increased, with the I/R group control, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.05);(4) observation of cell morphology andultrastructure, xiongbitong capsule can effectively protect the myocardial tissue structure,inhibition of reperfusion injuryConclusions:(1) xiongbitong capsule can inhibit the production of MDA, andsignificantly increased activity of SOD can reduce the damage of oxygen free radicals,effective protection of myocardial tissue;(2) The xiongbitong capsule can effectively improve the myocardial tissue reperfusion injury caused structural damage, reduce CK andCK-MB leakage of protecting myocardial tissue;(3) xiongbitong capsule enables themyocardium of CaM significantly discreased the protection of the myocardial tissue.
