Abstract

Objective:We’ve made assessments of the acute cerebral hemorrhage’s clinical therapeutic effects produced by the comprehensive therapeutic plan of combining disease and syndrome of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine. And it will help to supply the comprehensive therapeutic plans of the combination of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine, which are practical, precise curative effect, convenient and for wide use, to treat the acute cerebral hemorrhage.Objects and Methods:According to the study of admission order, the330cases collected of acute cerebral hemorrhage are divided into four groups:the group of comprehensive treatment plan, the group of all-treating plan, the group of dialectic plan and the control group. The comprehensive plan group adopted the treatment plan pertained to the Combination of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The all-treating plan group adopted the treatment plan of all-treating way. The dialectic plan group is based on the dialectic treatment. The control group used the regular treatment of the Western medicine. After the patients of the above four groups adopted treatments, we observed the case fatality rate, the absorbility of hematoma, the condition of neurologic impairment, degree of disability, the recovery of viability and the changes of the scores about severe degree associated with TCM symptoms and signs. We made assessments of the therapeutic effects on the fourteenth days, twenty-eighth days and90th days after treatments, observed the adverse reactions which may occur during treatments, and carried out analysis and processing on data by the SPSS17.0software.Results:1. The case fatality rate:Two weeks after treatment, under the compares between the groups of comprehensive treatment plan and the all-treating plan, and the group of dialectic plan and the control group, there was the statistical significance in the aspect of reducing case fatality rate (P<0.05); Nevertheless, under the compare between the group of comprehensive treatment plan and the group of all-treating plan, there was no statistical significance in decreasing the rate of case fatality.(P>0.05) 2. Hematoma absorptive rate:14days after treatment, compared with general treating solution group, syndrome differentiation group, and control group, comprehensive solution group can promote hematoma’s absorption. The differences in group’s comparison are statistically significant.3. Improvements in neural function deficits:Compare the improvements made by comprehensive solution group in neural function deficits with general treating solution group, syndrome differentiation group, and control group on the14th,28th and90th after treatment. The differences in group’s comparison are statistically significant.4. Improvements in disabled degree:Compare comprehensive solution group and general treating solution group with syndrome differentiation group and control group on the28th and90th after treatment. The differences in the aspect of improving patients’disabled degree are statistically significant. While, compared to general treating solution group, comprehensive solution group shows a declining trend in the aspect of improving the disabled degree. Therefore, the differences have no statistic significance.5. Recovery in living ability:Compared with general treating solution group, syndrome differentiation group, and control group on the14th,28th and90th after treatment, comprehensive solution group can promote patients’recovery in living ability. The differences in group’s comparison are statistically significant.6. Changes in symptoms and signs of T.C.M.:Compared with general treating solution group, syndrome differentiation group, and control group on the14th and28th after treatment, comprehensive solution group is more effective in improving the symptoms and signs of T.C.M. integral meter.7. There is no severe adverse reaction occurring in the four groups.Conclusion:1.The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the Combination of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine fails to reduce the death rate of acute cerebral hemorrhage on the14th after treatment.2.The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the Combination of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine can promote the hematoma absorption of patients who suffer from acute cerebral hemorrhage on the14th after treatment.3.The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the Combination of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine can improve acute cerebral hemorrhage patients’neural function deficits on the14th,28th and90th after treatment.4.The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the Combination of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine has the trend of reducing the acute cerebral hemorrhage patients’disabled degree on the28th,90th after treatment. While, compared to general treating solution group, it has no statistic significance.5.The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the Combination of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine can promote patients’ recovery in living ability on the14th and28th after treatment.6.The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the Combination of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine can improve the symptoms and signs of T.C.M. integral meter on the14th and28th after treatment.
