Abstract


The china in ancient times had been opening from qing dynasty,but which was only political contacts between officials,the folk hadn’t been contact widely.After the development of the folk’s contact,which achieved a high point in tang dynasty. Hundreds of outsiders went to china to study,business,settle. This three-part comprehensive survey of the Tang Dynasty on the definition and management of outsiders, in the hope of clarifying the outsides’legal status in Tang Dynasty. The first part,how to define the outsiders’concept and meaning. Outsiders, including foreigners and minority, specifically, they are divided into ethnic minorities, foreign business men, repatriated to the Tang Dynasty, students and monks and other types. The second part, analysis the outsiders’the legal regulation. Discuss the four aspects of the administration of outsiders, the provisions of civil law, the rights of foreigners to participate in politics and litigation status.Thw third part, Analysis the history value of the legislative, Including the legislative character and social significance. Legislation in the Tang Dynasty laid the foundation for self-development,made which understood the world of form,and made decisions directly, promoted the formation of the final lap of East Asia China also,which impact on China’s future generations significantly.
