Abstract


With China 's rapid economic and social development , social competition is becoming increasingly fierce , deepening government organizational restructuring , transformation of government functions and the improvement of the social supervision system , the nature of the work of civil servants , work content has undergone great changes than in the past , civil servants faced the working pressure is also growing. Therefore, the study of civil servants working pressure problems , and improve the level of civil servants working pressure management to improve civil service efficiency and physical and mental health , and thus play overall performance and management of the government organization has important theoretical and practical significance . Working pressure has been a hot issue of academia, research , our research has focused on the working pressure groups such as teachers , athletes and corporate employees , civil servants working pressure and management are few and far between . Expounded the theory of work pressure and management background , a review of research at home and abroad on the basis of civil servants working pressure and management issues in China , the pressure on the status quo of China's civil service work , pointed out that civil servants working pressure the main problems and their causes , and countermeasures against the individual and organizational level on how to strengthen the management of civil servants working pressure .
