Objective:Through a questionnaire survey was carried out on the community patients with osteoarthritis, to understand the social demographic characteristics, disease and treatment, community health services in the general conditions and life quality of osteoarthritis patients in community, further explore the possible influence factors, to provide the basis for the future in the community to conduct more comprehensive and more targeted osteoarthritis interventions.Methods:Adopt the self-designed questionnaire and Chinese SF-36scale household of osteoarthritis patients in community and hospital questionnaire, geting social demographic characteristics, disease and treatment, community health services and preventive care, as well as the quality of life of the patients. From three aspects of the social demographic characteristics, disease and treatment of patients, community health services and preventive health care to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life throughing the single factor analysis of variance and Logistic regression analysis.Results:①The investigation object, the physiological function of patients, general health, emotional function and life quality score below60points, other dimensions are slightly greater than60points;②In comparison with the gongshu district elderly, life quality score and the scores of each dimension score lower than gongshu district shows that osteoarthritis reduces the patient’s life quality, especially in the field of emotional function, followed by physiological functions;③In comparison with patients of osteoarthritis in guangzhou, all the dimensions of quality of life were higher than the latter, with the physiological function of the difference, shows health management in osteoarthritis patients’life quality does play a role；④By Logistic regression analysis, the influence factors of physical function in patients with osteoarthritis are: sex, culture level, illness years, doctor visits, understanding of the illness and family care; The influence factors of osteoarthritis patients physiological functions are:gender, marital status, educational level, occupation and years ill symptom severity, daily activity ability, doctor visits, understanding of disease, prevention, health care and family care; The influence factors of body pain for patients with osteoarthritis:age, occupation and years ill symptom severity, daily activity ability, health education and family care; Osteoarthritis patients’ general health status factors are:gender, culture degree, joint activity and years ill health education and family care; Energy influencing factors are:osteoarthritis patients age, cultural degree, occupation, joint activity, sick years, daily activity ability, health education, understanding of disease, prevention, health care and diet change; Social function in patients with osteoarthritis affecting factors:age, marital status, symptoms, severity and health education; The influence factors of osteoarthritis patients emotional functions:gender, age, cultural degree, occupation and years disease, symptom severity of joint activity, daily activity ability, doctor visits, health education, dietary changes and family care; Osteoarthritis patients mental health influence factors include sex, age, illness years, understanding of disease, prevention, health care and diet changes.
