Abstract


There was not only the failure of the state in the process of allocation of social resources, and the relative failure of the market since the late 1970s since the early 1980s, economic globalization is the rapid development of various types of multinational corporations, global and regional non-governmental organizations have mushroomed all grown up, caused an unprecedented challenge to the national government. In this context, governance and good governance theory into the forefront of the international academic theory. A relatively independent civil society is the basis of good governance. Since the reform and opening up, along with the gradual establishment of the socialist market economy in China has gradually developed a relatively independent civil society in China with a Chinese local characteristics and Governance in China has played an increasingly important role. Civil society in China during the development of government-led in-depth analysis that government-led civil society in China is being formed in the most typical features, and analyzed from the point of view of the political culture in the process of development of civil society in China leading cause of this government.
