Abstract


Purpose: Compare laminectomy+discectomy+fusion interbody fusion cage (Cage)+pedicle screw ifxation and laminectomy+discectomy+interbody fusion+pedicle screwifxation analysis of clinical eiffcacy in the treatment of degenerative lumbarspondylolisthesis.Methods:2009-01to2011-01in our hospital,and were followed up for alaminectomy,discectomy,interbody fusion and pedicle screw ifxation72patients withdegenerative spondylolisthesis,according to the vertebral interbody fusion of differentsurgical methods,divided into group A (interbody fusion with cage) and B (interbodyfusion) group,A group of36patients,36cases of the B group. The two groups werecompared operative time,blood loss,JOA score improvement rate,Oswestry functionalindeax score,interbody fusion and postoperative intervertebral height.Results: Followed up for more than12-48months,with an average of19months.Group A fusion rate was97.22%fusion rate was91.67%in group B; through two sets ofsamples compared non-parametric Wilcoxon rank sum test,P>0.05,no clinical effect of theA group and B group signiifcant difference.2W after intervertebral height and the lastfollow-up disc space height comparison difference: A group B group0.57土0.36mm;1.26土0.63mm,That the two sets of disc height loss rate of P <0.05was signiifcant difference.Conclusion: Laminectomy+discectomy+pedicle screw ifxation on the basis of the ininterbody fusion cage for treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis clinical eiffcacy andfusion rate alone interbody eiffcacy and fusion rate were not signiifcant,but the recovery discspace height was signiifcantly better than interbody a valuable reference for the treatment ofspondylolisthesis surgical options. Laminectomy+discectomy+interbody fusion+pediclescrew ifxation is the treatment of spondylolisthesis ideal procedure.
