Abstract


From the start of 2009 , China entered a rapid development stage of aging , the elderly population will be an average annual increase of 800 million to 900 million people ; , the elderly population will reach 248 million by 2020 , representing an increase of 1 million . Expected to to severe aging stage in 2050 , the elderly population will reach 437 million , accounting for about 30% of the total population . Since the implementation of family planning in the early 1980s , the surge in the number of one-child , so that the number of \Sample survey of the two sub-district offices of the Boshan towns east of the city and the west of the city in July 2009 to August , and learn about the the Boshan District empty nest elderly population community home care situation , and in-depth analysis of the likely impact factors to provide a basis for the formulation of the policies of Boshan District empty nesters age home . eventually reach to promote the health of older people , to improve the quality of life of older persons , and to build a harmonious society 's purpose .
