Abstract


Since the 1980s , along with the deepening of China's political reform , government performance in the theoretical community and all levels of government to get a lot of attention , some local governments and government departments have begun to try to carry out performance appraisal practice, to obtain some results . Performance management , creating high performance into the public sector in many countries to pursue. Performance assessment as a new public management theory one of the main tools , the administrative reform in Western countries played an important role. In this influence, combined with our own practice requires administrative reform , the Chinese government gradually recognized government performance management for improving government efficiency and influence the significance and increasing emphasis on government performance evaluation and Index. In this thesis, the county government performance evaluation related theories , methods as the starting point , in combing foreign government performance evaluation on the basis of experience , careful interpretation and analysis Dalateqi where specific performance evaluation index system , and then based on the Dalateqi county government performance evaluation realities, in order to carry out performance evaluation of the necessity of government , combined with the current situation of government performance evaluation , noting that China's current government performance evaluation of the outstanding problems and issues in depth analysis and Research ; Dalateqi county government attempted to establish a more scientific performance evaluation , complete reference index system .
