Abstract


Theory of the Party’s mass work is an important part of Party discipline, it is not only the nature and purpose of the proletarian party embodiment of the new situation and to consolidate the party’s ruling status and power base, enhance the legitimacy of the ruling party, the Party’s historical mission requirements.At present, China is in transition, the critical period of development of social transformation, economic development is an important strategic opportunity, but also the risk of social conflicts and gradually appear on the various opportunities and challenges are intertwined. In this new situation, the Party’s mass work has shown a lot of new problems and new features.This paper by the Chinese Communist Party’s mass work by the history and current analysis to explore the mass work under new situation, new ways and new methods, be effective for some gain, is the purpose of writing this article.This paper includes two parts. Introduction explains some of the major topics of the theory to study the meaning and practical significance, gave a brief overview of the topic in the recent status. Text includes three parts. Part I: The Chinese Communist Party’s general theory of mass work. This part explains the basic content and people view the main content of the mass line. The second part: the status of the Chinese Communist Party of mass work. This part of the Chinese Communist Party’s historical experience working masses, the masses of the Chinese Communist Party is facing a new era of working conditions and the work of the Chinese Communist Party is facing the people and cause new problems. Part III: Strengthening ?and improving the Party’s mass work in new ways. This section is divided into four levels, the first from the right to adjust the interests of social transformation in the conflict of interest situation and to address livelihood issues; second level describes an effort to persuade the leadership cadres of education, guidance and service work such as the effective mass method; third level leading cadres from the practical style of building to strengthen the Party’s mass work to improve; the fourth level of the masses from the establishment and improvement of the institutional mechanisms work so that the Party’s mass work on the right track.
