Abstract

Research purposes:The paper aims to explore the blood lactate inflection point and blood free radicals inflection point’s dynamic changing rules in different levels of endurance training rats. And it will demonstrate the existance of "threshold of free radicals", lay the foundation for an in-depth study of dynamic changes about the blood lactate inflection point and the free radicals inflection point and their relationship with mitochondrial function.Research contents: Through different levels of endurance training ,three groups of rats experience continuous incremental load to exhaustive swimming exercise. We observe them at various time periods: 1. Rat serum, stock rectus, gastrocnemius in ROS, MDA content and blood lactate concent’s dynamic changing trend. 2. After the comparison of different training levels,we observe if the rat serum, gastrocnemius, rectus shares ROS, MDA and blood lactate inflection point inflection point move backward with the improving of training leveland if they change in regularity. 3. Analyze the blood lactate threshold and free radicals threshold’s emergence time and sequence of inflection point.Research Methods: SD male rats 108 were randomly divided into three groups, each 36 and each group also were randomly divided into six subgroups, each subgroup 6. Three groups of rats go through 9 weeks’s different levels endurance training. And they were recorded as low endurance level of T1 group, middle-level endurance T2 Group and high endurance level of T3 group. T1 group take no-load swimming training for 40min, 60min, 80min of each three weeks, T2 group take swimming training burdened with 1% of their body weight for 40min, 60min, 80min of each three weeks, T3 group take swimming training burdened with 2% of their body weight for 40min, 60min, 80min of each three weeks. When choosing materials ,the rats respectively completed incremental load of swimming exercise.Starting from 2% of rat body weight load, the load increased according to 1% of rat body weight. All rats in each group completed six degrees of load. After Rats’sport ,we extract the cardiac apex blood, take stock rectus, gastrocnemius, and measure rat serum, stock rectus and gastrocnemius MDA, ROS content and blood lactate concentration using colorimetry (kit). Results: 1, Three different endurance levels of blood lactate concentration before the appearance of inflection point is slowly rising with the exercise intensity increasing, T1 group blood lactate inflection point occurred at 5% load, and T2 group blood lactate inflection point occurred at 6% load, while T3 group blood lactate inflection point occurred at 8% load. Note blood lactate inflection point moves back with the endurance improved, endurance levels appear higher, the later the lactate inflection point appears, and the greater the intensity.2, Three different endurance levels of MDA, ROS in rat serum, stock rectus, gastrocnemius are basically the same , showing a slow increase upward trend, with the duration of the exercises and the strengthen of intensity . load group 6% concentration enhances greatly compared with the concentration of 5% load group referring to T1group (P <0.01), T2 Group 7% load group concentration was significantly higher compared to the concentration of 6% the load group (P <0.01); T3 Group group eight percent load concentration was significantly higher compared to the concentration of 7% the load group (P <0.01). it illustrates that MDA, ROS level of inflection point moves backward with the endurance improved .3, Three different endurance levels of ROS, MDA in rat serum, stock rectus, gastrocnemius are corresponding to the dynamic change trend of the blood lactic acid content ,under the condition of the same time load, ROS, MDA , blood lactate concentration of the middle-level training group, high-level training group of is lower than that of low-level training group. inflection points of ROS, MDA , blood lactate move backward with the endurance level elevated. At the same time , time and intensity of blood free radicals inflection point lag behind that of blood lactate inflection point .4, Three rats in the 5%-7% load group, concentration T1 group 8% and 7% load group compared significantly increased (P < 0.05), T2 group 9% and 8% load is significant rise group (P < 0.05), T3 group 8% and 9% load group compared with significantly increased (P < 0.05), 10%and 9% load is significant rise group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:1, Endurance training in Different levels ,by improving energy capacity of mitochondrial, can reduce blood lactate generation.2, Endurance training in Different levels, by improving energy capacity of mitochondrial, cause the reduction of blood free radical content by taking MDA, ROS as an indicator .3, Endurance training in Different levels, inflection point of ROS, MDA is corresponding to the inflection point of blood lactic acid ,move backward with the elevation of the endurance level, with the regularity of the simultaneous changes.4, When the blood lactate inflection point occurs the pyruvate changed little, indicating there is no accumulation of pyruvate as the blood lactate inflection point occurs
