Abstract


Objective: The main purpose is to understand the qualities and abilities of Shijiazhuang City fitness club fitness coach , some reference to regulate private coach market , and improve the overall quality of the structure of the fitness trainer and fitness coach training system . Methods: The subjects in Shijiazhuang City fitness club fitness coach as the research object , using the methods of literature , interview , questionnaire and mathematical statistics , investigation and analysis of the basic status quo as well as the quality and capability of the status quo of Shijiazhuang City fitness coach . Conclusion: 1 , Shijiazhuang City fitness coach age bias light, male-dominated , lower educated overall level coaching source of half of physical education professional , the other part of the art professional and athletes ; held qualifications wide variety the certification bodies confusion , different evaluation criteria ; flexible differential instrument guiding the contents of a single, guiding location ; research capacity lower level . The fitness coach ideological quality overall evaluation score higher , much better grasp of professional knowledge , but lack of auxiliary knowledge ; action demonstration and help protect the ability , open exercise prescription , fitness instruction , first aid skills , ability to innovate poor . 3 , most fitness coaches are not satisfied with the current state of knowledge , there is a strong desire to continue learning . 4, the lower the number of people participating in the professional training of the national organized and frequency : mainly due to higher expenditures and company training awareness degrees lower cause . Recommendation 1, the learning strengthen fitness coach expertise and technology through a variety of ways . 2 , it is recommended that the relevant administrative departments to strengthen the authority of the qualified certification , more rationalization and standardization , in order to meet the requirements of the development of mass sports fitness market . Fitness club managers can create more learning opportunities , invited experts and experienced coaches spot guidance , in order to reduce the number of the payment of the cost of training . 4 , to improve the supervision mechanism , makes Shijiazhuang City, the fitness industry is gradually moving towards more scientific , standardized and sustainable development of the road .
