Abstract


Based on physical education relates to the national problem of high-level personnel quality training, universities must build with a good sports teachers. PE teachers depends critically on the quality of physical education teachers of physical education skills and research capabilities. Continuously improve teaching ability PE Teaching and research capacity to adapt to contemporary college physical education reform deepening development and competence required for a variety of modern society the fundamental task of training personnel quality. Therefore, to improve the ability of PE teaching and research capabilities, is that each PE teachers strive ambitious target. This is needed to study the issue. Jiangsu Province PE teachers' teaching ability and research capabilities, the need for PE teachers, Jiangsu Province, teaching and research capacity status of research, this study \PE Teachers in the basic situation of physical education teachers teaching their ability to make an analysis and research, and find influence PE teachers teaching and research capabilities of factors which make recommendations accordingly, are designed for PE teachers, Jiangsu Province, teaching and research capacity improve reference. In this study, using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on Jiangsu Province PE teachers teaching and research status of the investigation. Results: 1. Jiangsu Province PE teachers getting younger and younger age structure of the characteristics of a higher proportion of young teachers, while the older teacher ratio is low, the title structure is reasonable. Educational structure gradually improved and improved, there is still a small part of the physical education teachers with low academic qualifications must be improved as soon as possible, in order to constantly improve the educational structure of PE teachers. (2) Physical Education Teachers have good teaching ability. With good cognitive abilities, teaching design ability, ability to grasp the characteristics of physical education, teaching methods, the use of capacity and organizational management capabilities, etc., but not strong teaching evaluation without comprehensive evaluation of physical education teachers teaching elements of the first three choices bits are: teaching effectiveness, timely feedback of information to learn and learning behavior, evaluation is still confined to the traditional evaluation elements, rather for the promotion of mental health of students interpersonal relationships, learning environment, teacher-student interaction and performance evaluation of students' ideological bias low. 3 Jiangsu Teachers have a certain ability to innovate, sort the top three: innovative teaching methods and means to tap new teaching content and teaching methods change, but not comprehensive evaluation methods and the lack of innovation, to be improved and enhanced PE Teachers . 4 PE teachers in Jiangsu Province has a good foundation and a certain scientific research capacity. Gratifying number of papers published, but too few core papers, textbooks and monographs is less. For scientific research is confined to show the professional and interdisciplinary crossover study less, lack of continuity in research, research methods are simple, collaborative research less features. 5 PE teachers in Jiangsu Province affect teaching and research capacity by the first three factors are physical education teachers through its own efforts, promotion title, incentives for physical education teachers. The resulting recommendations: PE teachers should self-improvement; further improve the physical education teachers teaching ability; efforts to improve the research capacity of PE teachers; establish a scientific incentive mechanism; university leaders should pay more attention to physical education teachers.
