Abstract


This thesis is set in the current situation of the construction of agricultureinformatization in Heilongjiang Province and aims to study the measures of theconstruction of agriculture informatization served by universities in HeilongjiangProvince and the ways of carrying it out. This research will be beneficial to theconstruction of agriculture informatization and the development of agriculture in ourprovince. Nowadays the qualified personnel, technologies and the sources ofinformation in the construction of agriculture informatization are not enough inHeilongjiang Province. The effectiveness and the utilization ratio of agricultureinformation are not high, too. This thesis analyzes the current situation and thepotentiality of the construction of agriculture informatization in HeilongjiangProvince in detail and puts forward some related advice. The resources in colleges anduniversities can be used to serve the construction of agriculture information resources.Information can be shared online. The serving team of agriculture information will beenlarged by establishing the organization of students’ volunteers. All-inclusiveservices will improve the service system and functions of agriculture informatizationin our province. Different kinds of training will improve peasants’ qualities. Theresearch abilities in colleges and universities can improve the level of the agricultureinformatization construction. The thesis also explores the ways of strengthening theconstruction of agriculture informatization in colleges and universities. The thesisproposes that government should build good working environment for theconstruction of agriculture informatization and promote the job of the construction ofagriculture informatization served by universities, which should be guarteened tooperate in order. Its basic work should be done carefully and well. The construction ofagriculture informatization served by universities is meaningful. Therefore, ourresearch is expected to cause attention from related departments. Furthering theresearch on this project is good for guiding the job of the construction of agricultureinformatization.
