Abstract


In this paper, the financial ecological environment in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province asthe research object, to explore the key factors affecting the Heilongjiang rural financial ecology,evaluation index system construction of Heilongjiang rural financial ecological environment, andat the same time, Heilongjiang province Daqing Lindian County as the sample of a specificobject of study, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the evaluation, analysis ofDaqing Lindian County Financial Ecological environment. The study provides theoretical studyto improve the rural ecological environment in Heilongjiang County, and to provide a usefulreference for the government to introduce relevant policies. The main research contents are asfollows:This article first introduces the research background, purpose and significance of research, forthe orderly combed the research status at home and abroad; secondly, introduces the theory ofrural financial ecological environment, establishes the theoretical basis for this study; third,introduces the present situation of regional ecological environment of rural development inHeilongjiang province and the existing problems, construction of the Heilongjiang rural areafinancial assumption environment evaluation index system; fourth, taking Lindian County ofHeilongjiang province Daqing city as the research object, using the evaluation index system toevaluate the financial ecological status, the author put forward the corresponding suggestions andcountermeasures.
