Aims: by observing Pemphigus treatment wound healing of different periodswhich use Compound Rhubarb gauze, we confirmed that Compound Rhubarb gauze fortreatment of Pemphigus wound can achieve satisfactory clinical results. Therefore,itcan form a strong theoretical basis to conducive to clinical use.By experiment study, weconfirmed that gauze can be used as a dermatology special topical dosage forms toapply for a patent, which can be a "commodity" like "Band-Aid" to facilitate patientsthe right to purchase and use.Methods:1、the Compound Rhubarb gauze preparation is to take rhubarb140g, Chuan Xiong94g, Angelica94g, in silence94g and put them into the casserole, adding sesame oil1500ml Then soak the compound for4-5days, and slow fire till oil was brown. Finally,filter them and gain Compound Rhubarb oil. Put the gauze into a single sheet. Aftersoaking Rhubarb oil gauze, store it into the sterile box to use.2、Take out20patients randomly, who diagnosed Pemphigus and admitted fortreatment of Pemphigus. To take self-control and subject to the patient’s body midline,select the both sides of the same severity of lesions. Patients are regularly injectintravenous or oral use Glucocorticoids and Immunosuppressants. Put the largeRhubarb oil gauze in the wound in accordance with the size of trauma in the treatmentgroup. If the early trauma exudates a lot of fluid, change1times a day. If it don’texudates significantly, it can not change, and wait for the wound to be dry andcrusted.The gauze will shed off with crust. The comparison group using Vaseline gauze,and the way of dressing is the same with Rhubarb gauze.3、Observation index:（1）Rate of wound healing: the speed of wound healingdepends on the number of patients who reached healed at the same time, then calculatethe percent of healing. Observation time is after treatment for7,14,2l days.（2）Wound healing time: observe two groups respectively that the wound is completely healed(see the blisters completely dry, which use drugs, and the needed time that all theerosion surface heal).（3）Adverse drug reactions: observed systemic and local irritationsymptoms, sensitization reaction and its related toxicity.4、the evaluation standard: cure: all the blisters dry up, also, all the erosion surfaceheal; marked: the rate of wound healing>60%;efficient: wound healing rate of30to60%; Invalid: wound healing rate <30%. Total efficiency=(the number of cured cases+the number of marked cases+the number of effective cases)/the total number ofcases)×100%.Results:1、The7th day of the Compound Rhubarb gauze treatment, blisters subsidesignificantly, erosion surface dry, scab, no exudate, no new erythema, blisters, no signsof infection; Vaseline gauze the7th day of the vaseline gauze treatment, showingblisters integrated into the film, the central blisters part dried up, but the erosion surfacearea expanded, no healing, exudate, and there new erythema, blisters. On the14th dayof Compound Rhubarb gauze treatment, the blisters subsided completely, erosionsurface dry, healing scab off, no exudate, no new erythema,or blisters, no signs ofinfection,or scarring,14days of using Vaseline gauze treatment, the blisters can be seenall dried up, the erosion surface area is reduced, some healing, thick crusts, on thesurface, no new erythema, blisters.21days of The Compound Rhubarb gauze treatment,blisters completely subsided, the erosion surface is completely healed, close to thenormal skin, no exudate, no new erythema, blisters, no signs of infection, scarring;21day of Vaseline gauze treatment, The blisters can be seen all dried up, the healing oferosion surface, most of the surface crusts fall off, no ooze, no new erythema, blisters.14days of The Compound Rhubarb gauze after treatment, the total efficiency will up to100%.2、 Rhubarb oil treatment for Pemphigus wounds can significantly shorten thehealing time, reduced by an average of5.2days.3、Gauze is safe and effective and haven’t found irritation and other adversereactions, and healing without scar formation, can be used as a dermatology specialexternal dosage forms to apply for a patent, a "commodity" like "Band-Aid", tofacilitate the patient purchase and use at any time. Conclusion:1、 Compound Rhubarb oil for Pemphigus wound treatment is safe and effective,can significantly improve the cure rate and shorten healing time.2、 Rhubarb oily yarn can be used as a new dosage form for external use of clinicaldermatology, clinical use.
