Abstract


This article starts from the theory of project cost management and the perspective of cost management of construction enterprises,, using Empirical analysis Through the project cost factors and control methods and measures of analysis and research, make targeted exploration and study of the KJ box girder bridge construction project to seek main measures of cost control process. Project cost control is to ensure that the project does not exceed the actual cost of the project budget scope and supervise and adjust cost of the project. Accordance to a predetermined budget baseline plan, using certain methods such as Earned Value Analysis, control the cost of project to make the cost in certain scope. The main aim of cost control is to find the factor that make the deviation between actual one and the one in plan and to adjust it.The paper summarize the experience of KJ box girder bridge construction project on base of correspond theories to improve level of cost management. Results of the research also play an important role and significance of reference to other similar projects.
