Abstract


With the total quality management (TQM) thought and standard of ISO9000 series used in the domestic large enterprise, Produce the huge economic benefits in the quality improvement and improving aspects of production efficiency. In the theory of TQM, Process quality control has become the core of enterprise production process control, It reflects the whole process, full participation and thought of the essence in the TQM theory, focus on of how to take effective process management measures in the manufacturing process, using the SPC tools improve the problem in production process, improving the process procedure guarantee ability of manufacturing process. The modern automobile production is used mostly human-computer interaction batch production mode. This has long production line and complex manufacturing process. It is difficult that depend only on a single quality management department of the product manufacturing to control each working procedure quality. Only establishing a full participation, whole process of the quality management system, carrying on the long-term monitoring the process of the key working procedure guarantee ability, constantly improving the quality. The quality of vehicle can be guaranteed.Firstly we analyze the traditional working procedure quality management methods in this paper. Combined with domestic and international situation. Research the methods of procedure quality guarantee ability which based on the index of process ability.Secondly This article through to analyze the production process quality management method of GB automobile Co., LTD, especially research the method of manufacturing process procedure guarantee ability. Use the MQS/PAC-V theory (MQS: Vehicle-Manufacturing Standard/Manufacturing Quality. The benchmark; PAC-V: Assurance Process Capability Verification/Process ability guarantee) raise the Process guarantee ability, improve the management of process. Provide the protection for production system stable operation and high quality product realization.The process of research follow TQM thought. Focusing on process quality control, surrounding two main line which the work process management and raising procedure guarantee ability. Especially explain how to make sure the important item of the project management process. Analyze the cause of the problem with tree analysis (FTA), using the SPC tools for data collection and analysis. Through the PDCA method to determine the fundamental cause of problem and implementation countermeasure, in order to achieve the purpose of recurrence, put Countermeasures standardization into effect. Finally realize the goal of improving working procedure guarantee ability. This article used examples of the automobile manufacturing process of GB automobile Co., LTD. Detail of the problems are analyzed and explain the process method corresponding measures. Reflect the thought of remedy in advance prevention to change after the prevention and management. Provide some references for the manufacturing industry production process quality management.
