Abstract


The sense of self-worth (self-worth or self-esteem) is an important aspect of self , it has a diffuse individual 's cognitive , emotional and behavioral impact , the impact on the individual 's physical and mental health . \investigated the level of Hubei, Sichuan and other places in the western region \Investigation and analysis of the results are as follows : 1 , \, \3 , \4 , \5 , with the general student volunteers , community volunteers compared the Western Plan volunteers significantly higher level of self-esteem . Based on the above , the following suggestions to enhance the \plan volunteers sense of self-worth . 2 , volunteers to fully understand the individual and social value of volunteer service in the western region has a positive meaning to improve their sense of self-worth .
