Abstract


With the maturity of computer network technology and extensive application, information resource management and sharing highlights the more and more importance. Although, the early stages of modernization in education, there are objective conditions, self-awareness, capital investment, overall planning and many other reasons greatly limit the deep-going work in this area. There is no pattern to form a whole, in which case the exchange and sharing of educational resources work done was relatively small.This subject begins from the basic metadata concept and applied technology, combinng with parse and query method of RDF/XML document, studying a plan of educational resources metadata parse and query based on RDF/XML in order to realize the unified management and shared educational resources better.In this paper, the main work is:First, the paper introduces the knowledge of educational resources metadata, and discuss the approach of metadata information based on the RDF/XML, then, putting forward the RDF/XML stitching mechanism, and using this method to markup educational resources metadata information, in order to achieve different types of metadata interoperability, which lays the foundation using metadata widely in the field of education. Secondly, we put up a set of effective parse method to parse the metadata information and we adopt DOM/SAX to parse RDF/XML documents, by which we overcome DOM that uses large memory and SAX that is difficult to change data. On this basis, we realize the query function, thus, changing the shortcomings of a single realization in the past. Finally, we get a feasible solution that the goal is to utilize and share educational resources through a complete example which describe how to makeup, parse, query.
