Abstract


In the media industry at home and abroad in an increasingly competitive environment , the media has its own capital accumulation alone is difficult to become bigger and stronger , and therefore , the media industry will look to invest in the capital market , opening the era of the media listed . Media listed companies as the research object , its operating conditions and related financial data collection , performance analysis and case examples of a combination of analytical methods , analysis of the macro operating conditions of the media listed companies in China and the problems and propose solutions countermeasures. Media listed companies in China as the combination of the product of the media industry and listed companies , the constantly explored modern entrepreneurial management practice facing many problems , such as the internal governance structure is imperfect , the imperfections of the peripheral system, legal system , ownership structure does not reasonably high , liabilities , and poor liquidity . To solve these problems , this paper proposes a specific operational recommendations : the state should continue to improve , to relax the specific policy and control of the media company listed , improve the system of securities laws ; media within the company should actively move closer to the science of the modern enterprise management system incentives for innovation , improve the supervision mechanism ; operation and management to focus on long-term planning to achieve efficient use of capital , reducing the debt ratio ; rely more on the law of the market economy , the market adjustment mechanism to encourage and implement a poor operating conditions of the media listed companies withdraw from the market . Survival of the fittest in the market . In the final , with the current government for the media industry in the introduction of a series of recent policy , the prospects for the development of the future of media listed companies prospect .
