Abstract


In recent years, due to the wavelet analysis of point-like singularity of the objective function has optimal nonlinear approximation properties, they have been widely applied to signal processing in high-dimensional case, wavelet analysis can not take full advantage of the unique data geometric characteristics, is not the optimal or most sparse \In order to solve this problem, the multi-scale geometric analysis (MGA) thought came into being, it is committed to building a high-dimensional function under optimal approximation representation. Nonsubsampled Contourlet (NSCT) as a multi-scale geometric analysis tool has multi-scale performance multi-directional translation invariant, NSCT coefficient than the wavelet coefficients more accurate representation of the target in denoising, fusion, and enhance and other applications to obtain better results. In addition, NSCT is a stationary frame transformation, the scale and direction of the adjustment of parameters is more convenient, and therefore has better applicability. In this paper, NSCT theory discussed proposed based nonsubsampled image road extraction and enhancement algorithms, and the integration of a variety of algorithms in the system. (1) a road extraction method of remote sensing image based on NSCT transform. First road NSCT characteristics and NSCT transform coefficient analysis, using the obvious characteristics of the road NSCT decomposition coefficient for feature extraction and feature matrix FCM (Fuzzy C-means) clustering features poly class results of the non-maxima suppression, the road extraction preliminary results, post-processing operation, then after the road to pseudo connections to get the final road extraction results. (2) based the NSCT transform road remote sensing image enhancement method. Using morphological NSCT transform domain of road direction enhancements to enhance the road at the same time, better able to maintain the original width of the road is conducive to follow the road extraction work. (3) NSCT-based road remote sensing image enhancement software and extraction system. The system integrated the road enhancements of remote sensing images, automatic road extraction, interactive correction function can be used for the actual remote sensing images preliminary road extraction In addition, the article also add road splicing, to make the system more versatile.
