Abstract


The animation is also known as the cartoons, the film production and screening in order to achieve a multi-frame still picture the process of continuous playback. The comic is simple exaggeration to describe the picture of the life or current events. Relative to the animation, for example, the comic is static, and comic books often through the use of the deformation, a symbol, alluding to the means to achieve the purpose of satire or praise. Mention of animation, one might first think is a variety of animated. In fact, the animation not only refers to the animation, it is collectively referred to with the abbreviation form of animation and comics. With the times and technological progress, the comic can be fusion multimedia, and other artistic elements to the comics and animation combine to form the so-called "comic. This concept with all kinds of anime and commercial marketing activities have become increasingly popular. Animation word is our special way of saying, remain relatively independent, it is called in the foreign animation and comics. Animation The term first appeared in the "diffuse" Friends magazine, founded in1997, and the term of the promotion is effective animation information magazine was founded in1998, the cartoon era (ANIME COMIC TIME).As a representative of the cultural and creative industries, the animation industry in the world has been rapid development, it is also an important section of the digital content industry and the entertainment industry. The21st century is the beginning of the rapid development of the animation of cultural industries, the energy consumption of the green industry world wide concern of this emerging industry and increased investment. Development today, the animation industry has become a pillar industry in many developed countries. Cartoon books based on the animation for the main content of publications, with the development of animation industry, animation books has also been considerable development in the animation industry as the most growth potential and ability to grow the industry in today’s cultural industries, not only has a very important cultural value, but also has very important value of the estate.This paper first introduces the current development of domestic and foreign cartoon books, described the problems in the development of China’s cartoon books:the rapid development of poor quality; children of Mandarin; monotonous story; lack of national characteristics; the lack of adequate financial support problem. Foreign cartoon books to develop a better Europe and North America, Japan and South Korea cartoon books describing the present condition and seek the way out of the industrial development of China’s cartoon books. And then I color, typography and binding design, role modeling point of view from the cartoon books on the creative elements of the cartoon books and animation derivative products (games for example) are described, followed by creative elements on the basis of elaborate animation books animation the cultural value of the books are described and analyzed, including human values, moral values, aesthetic value and industrial value, and the development goals of the cartoon books. From the above analysis, it is found that the cultural value of the cartoon books have a positive impact it has also produced some negative impact. Finally, combination of cartoon books, industry values and development goals for the promotion of China’s cartoon books industry had a few suggestions, China’s cartoon books industry and cultural development should pay attention to the development of animation books, and clustering strategy to increase government support efforts,to improve the personnel training system, to strengthen the capability of independent innovation,and so on.
