Abstract

In this paper, the exact solution of the energy eigenvalue equation , LLP, unitary transformations and variational method shell quantum dots qubit nature of the phonon effect on the nature of the qubit . Obtained by solving the spherical shell quantum dots energy Eigenequation electronic energy state ; construct a two superposition qubit . Numerical calculations show that InAs material : When the electronic limited Enhanced energy eigenvalues ??increases . Qubit electron probability density distribution and the space coordinates and time of the electron , the probability of occurrence of the spherical shell in the center sphere electron , the probability of occurrence in the sphere edge interface is zero , and each spatial point of the probability density azimuth cyclical changes of angle and time to do periodic oscillation , the oscillation period increases with increasing the outside diameter ( or diameter ) . LLP unitary transform and variational method phonon effect on the energy of the electron - phonon lines in the spherical shell quantum dots qubit oscillation period and the impact of the probability density . Numerical calculations show that : when the inner diameter is constant , the ground state and the excited state energy with the outside diameter increases and decreases , indicating that the quantum dots with obvious quantum size effects ; effect of the phonon energy of the ground state and the excited state energy decreases and outside diameter the more loudly the child the more obvious effect ; phonon effects lead qubit oscillation period is reduced , and an outside diameter louder the greater the child effect on the oscillation period , the qubit coherence weakened . Phonon effect changing the oscillation cycle, but does not change the amplitude of the probability density , and only change the appearance time of the amplitude .
