Abstract


The proposition of harmonious socialist society not only embodies human’s pursuance for social ideal, but also accommodates to the profoundly changed circumstances. Therefore, it is the inevitable choice for Chinese Communist Party to achieve its goals. One of the political problems the Party constantly faced is how to correctly deal with contradictions among the people. In the new epoch, the Party constantly deepens the understanding of harmonious society on the basis of Chinese actual situation. The progress of harmonious social construction has been speed up. However, the high speed of harmonious society construction does not mean contradictions among the people have been entirely solved. On the contrary, contradictions among the people present new characteristics as well as forms. It has hindered the development of Chinese economic society. Recently, it becomes gradually more important to deal with contradictions among the people during the progress of harmonious socialist society construction. There are close connections between dealing with the contradictions among the people and building the harmonious socialist society. Under such background, this thesis analyzes contradictions among the people during the progress of harmonious socialist society construction, which is of profound theoretical and practical significance.First, this paper thoroughly combs the theories of contradictions among the people at various periods of Chinese history so as to explain the theory of correctly dealing with contradictions among the people is a dynamic theory system. Thereafter, the author uses the materialistic dialectics to analyze the relationship between harmonious society and correctly dealing with contradictions among the people. By theoretical demonstration and logical argumentation, the importance of this paper has been highlighted. Finally, through investigating and obtaining evidence of the obvious contradictions in actual cases, new characteristics of contradictions among the people in the new era have been concluded and new ways to well deal with contradictions among the people have been put forward.
