Abstract


In the process of the development of China 's medical insurance system , once re- Policy , light Managers . \Great importance to the medical insurance policy formulation , without emphasis on capacity-building in the social insurance management agencies . Perfect transition to a service-oriented government and the government managed to start with the Medicare insurance system , medical insurance capacity needs to be improved. Beijing , its first in the country to achieve universal health care , social basic medical insurance management capacity enhancement is particularly important . In this paper the literature , interviews and learn from other research methods in the the collected existing literature on the basis of , agencies of social insurance center in Beijing and Xuanwu medical insurance transaction management center field visits to identify affect the elements of the the Beijing health insurance management capabilities and its summary of the current situation . From institution-building , monitoring and audit system , the current situation of the fund clearing the way and Managers management level of information , Beijing medical insurance management level can basically meet the requirements of the existing handling business and services . However , long-term development perspective , the handling agency internal management and the management of information technology is still a problem . Enhance the ability of medical insurance management mainly includes two aspects: the handling agency internal performance construction and capacity building of the Foreign Service .
