Abstract


Today China’s new generation of migrant workers has expanded steadily and has becomethe mainstream of rural migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers’ politicalparticipation is an important content of China’s political democracy, and the symbol of China’spolitical modernization. In view of the new generation of migrant workers’ politicalparticipation is the key to clear the current situation, and the guarantee for the correctdirection, and the cornerstone of political participation of migrant workers of the newgeneration.Due to the economic, political, cultural, and many other factors, the new generation ofmigrant workers’ political participation behavior is marginalized, narrow purpose, meansdisorder and other. It must be difficult to achieve the expected participation of the results.Promoting the generation of migrant workers’ political participation, the most important is tosafeguard the economic income to lay a solid material foundation; Improving the politicalsystem construction and management philosophy of the government to improve governmentadministrative behavior; Improving the protection law and optimizing their politicalparticipation in the legal environment; Sounding the system of organization, to smooth andbroaden the channels of political participation. In addition, to promote the politicalparticipation of the new generation of migrant workers, needing of the whole community andthe individual efforts. Times, building a network of political participation mechanisms timelyis the key to promote the new generation of migrant workers’ political participation.The research method guide with the Materialist view of history, combining the theoryand practice. In-depth analysis of the theory and in close connection with the current activities,this article analysis’s of the new situation under the new historical conditions and new issues.Examining the key influencing factors, in order to better promote the new generation ofmigrant workers’ political participation.
