Abstract

In recent years, the elderly population in Shenyang City present the increasingtrend of old aging, empty nest and disability. Pension issue has become increasinglyprominent. The traditional family endowment function present gradually weakeningtrend. Therefore, encourage to develop a variety of pension model, realize thesocialization of pension service, become an urgent problem to solve in front of thegovernment. Endowment institutions as one of the effective way to achieve thesocialization of pension service, gradually get more and more attention from thegovernment and society. Especially in recent years, with the developmentof enterprise of China welfare society continue to advance and the increasing demandof institution endowment of Shenyang, the number of private pension institutions inShenyang City increased rapidly, become an important force in the pension serviceindustry. Speed up the development of private pension institutions in Shenyang City,be beneficial to Shenyang to solve the increasingly heavy pension problem, bebeneficial to reduce the negative effect produced by population aging, be beneficial topromote the harmonious development of economy, society in Shenyang City.The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part.Specific content involves the research background, research significance, the researchstatus at home and abroad, research contents, research methods and researchinnovation. The second chapter define the concept of “private pension institutions”,at the same time, interpret the related theoretical basis of private pension institutions.The third chapter is the focus of this paper. First, emphasized the necessity for thedevelopment of private pension institutions of Shenyang. Secondly, describe thepresent situation of the development of Shenyang private pension institutions. Thenanalysis the main difficulties exsiting in the operation of private pension institutionsin Shenyang City. Last, analyses the reason of the main difficulties existing in theoperation of private pension institutions in Shenyang City. The fourth chapter isthe experience introduction, introduce the successful experience of the developmentof pension institutions in Hongkong, in order to provide beneficial enlightenment for the development of private pension institutions in Shenyang City. The fifth chapteris the countermeasure part, aiming at the the main difficulties existing in the operationof private pension institutions in Shenyang City, at the same time, learn from theexperience of Hongkong, to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improvingthe operation of the private pension institutions of Shenyang City.Research shows that private pension institutions of Shenyang City, because of theinfluence ofinternal and external factors, exist the nursing shortage, weakprofitability, unfair competition from public pension institutions, face with lager legalrisks in the process. If want to improve the operation of the private pensioninstitutions of Shenyang City, need the joint efforts of government, private pensioninstitutions themselves and non-governmental organizations.
