Sincethe reform and opening up,rural areas has made great changes,especiaelly under theimpact of socialism market economy.With the promotion of urbanization andindustrialization, how to crack the plight of “Sannong Issue”, how to change the poorappearance of backward rural areas, and how can we take the road of commonprosperity become important problems placed in front of the our party, ourgovernment and the people of China. Rural communities play a key role in promotingpublic income, changing rigid perception,promoting innovation and management, etc.Thus rural community construction turns into the focal point of cracking urban-ruralregional gap and promoteping Urbanization.In recent years, the rural communities across the country have carried out a seriesof building explorations and practice, of which Qihe County, is the earliest place ofDezhou city, Shandong Province who takes transformation of old villages in theregion, combines village and towns, and tries a series of explorations in the ruralcommunity building size, building type, and management strategies. Qihe Countycarries out community development throughout the whole county actively andsteadily, the county raise a vision of the county farmers will be fully moved intothenew community within eight years of. From this sight, rural community developmentof Qihe is definitely unprecedented either in size or in construction of communitybuilding efforts. The thesis would state from several representative of ruralcommunities of Qihe County, such as Hongzhou communities, north and southcommunities, Zhongzi Zhang communities, Yongfeng community, and East Songcommunities, through methods of field research, specific interviews, and randominterviews as well as some other forms to study the completed, under-construction,the will-constructing communities separately.
