Abstract


Urban community governance is an important foundation for the development of peoples. For the government’s public service and social management, deepen the socialist market system, foster civic spirit of such great importance. As China’s economy continues to develop society and people’s living standards improve, social undertakings have already embarked on a new stage of development, while in our society in the management of public utilities, the same need with the times. Therefore, in order to adapt to the current social and public management of the new situation and new environment, our grass-roots management system to continuously explore and develop community-based management model, and in practice after the nationwide promotion, and obtained a preliminary results. Community grid management is not simply to promote the application of new management techniques, but by the community with the full integration of social resources, changing the original concept of community management and drive up a community governance revolution. This is the rapid development of China’s urbanization process a product, but also the future development of a community management trends.This paper summarizes results of previous studies on the basis of community grid management related theories to sort out and integrate, thus introducing the city of Wenshan as a case specific analysis to explain current community grid management status including the city of Wenshan Grid oriented management of the organizational system, operation mechanism, management processes, information platform construction as well as safeguard measures, etc., on its of research has the representative of significance. In order to further the construction of the grid for the city of Wenshan to provide reference basis, the paper cited Henan Luohe. Shizuishan Dawukou District and Shanxi Changzhi gridded governance model and successful experience in analysis grid in the community around the specific characteristics of the construction and advantages, combined with our country in the community grid management prevalent issues, and finally, by improving the city of Wenshan grid Management construction countermeasures and suggestions for the future grid management model in the community and other public utilities management in the application of carried out prospect, put forward for the next step work the direction and content, in order to period is around the the implementation of of grid management mode provides theoretical reference.
