Abstract


Since the implementation of the development of reform and opening up policy inour country, our country gradually deepening of economic globalization andinformation process. Our country economy has achieved unprecedented development,but also in the process of social progress and economic development faces some newsocial problems, how to scientifically explain these social problems in meet the socialneeds and safeguard the social public basic rights plays an important role in suchaspects. Especially along with the improving of the social public life level, more andmore public begin to pay close attention to their rights and spiritual civilization, the newsocial demands are put forward new challenge of the social management. So this articlein jinjiang district, community management mode as the carrier to undertake acomprehensive study on the choice of the community management model.Since2006, jinjiang district, has launched a series of scientific and effectivemeasures for the community management measures of international modern cityboutique for jinjiang district construction to build a good social atmosphere. So in thispaper, it firstly selected topic background, the selected topic significance, researchstatus at home and abroad are analyzed, and then the connotation of communitymanagement, generalizes the characteristics, types and relevant theory. On this basis,this article of jinjiang district, the connotation of "3+1" community management mode,the characteristics of community management mode, community management measures,the problems existing in the community management mode combed and analyzed. Ofjinjiang district of "3+1" community management mode, analyzes the key elements ofinnovation, management performance. Finally combining jinjiang district "3+1" thevalue of community management mode is put forward the value of promotion and thedirection of future development.In this paper, using the case method, survey method, literature research methods tothe jinjiang district "3+1" community management mode is analyzed, have certaininnovation value, one is the use of public management, sociology, management andother disciplines theory knowledge, applied to the study of community managementmode, achieved the combination of theory and practice. Second is typical of chengdu,jinjiang district, community management mode as the carrier, based on the real management, and to explore the significance of community management mode forgovernment management. Three in jinjiang district "3+1" community managementmodel as a case study, analyzes the innovation value, effective, its social significanceand reference value for a relatively comprehensive analysis, laid a theoretical basis forits further promote the practice and experience.
