Abstract


The excess liquidity has become one of the urgent problems of our economy. Therefore, one of the priorities of our future macro-control is to alleviate excess liquidity, a systematic study of the problem of excess liquidity has great practical significance for China's economic operation. Basic writing this article around two angles, analysis the basic principles of the global excess liquidity, and analysis of China's excess liquidity special mechanism. The analysis of the contents of the basic expand along two logical lines One is the analysis of the excess liquidity generated by the monetary and financial reasons, the second is the analysis of the excess liquidity in the economic system conditions. Overall, the excess liquidity is a monetary and financial phenomenon, but behind the economic system. The article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter introduces the concept of excess liquidity, Concepts and logical comb. This paper argues that the liquidity usually refers to the use of cash or cash-like assets. (3) the pressure of RMB appreciation rely solely on the monetary policy response to the excess liquidity to face a more difficult situation, on the one hand, the pressure of RMB appreciation will continue to increase; On the other hand, the rigid foreign exchange management system will increase its monetary policy to deal with the flow excess difficulties.
